In accordance with the Framework Law on Higher Education in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina " No. 59/07, 59/09), Centre for Information and Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education is managed by a Steering Committee that has seven members. The Council of Ministers is electing the Steering Committee after the completion of a public competition on the basis of parity. In the Steering Committee, there are electing two representatives from each constitutive people and one representative of national minorities.
Members of the Steering Committee of the Centre for Information and Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education elects for a term of three years with the possibility of reelect, provided that the initial appointment spent in stages, so that each year one third of the members will be reelect or appointment again.
The Steering Committee decide by majority vote of the total number of members, provided that such a majority is make up of one voice of representative of each constitutive people.

- Prof. dr Mehić (Mustafa) Bakir, from a group of the Bosniak people,
- Durić (Osman) Aida, from a group of the Bosniak people,
- Lončar (Milan) Helena, from a group of the Croat people,
- Vidović (Zrinko) Danijel, from a group of the Croat people,
- Golić (Mlađen) Bojan, from a group of the Serb people,
- Lale (Milan) Milijana, from a group of the Serb people,
- Novaković (Gavrilo) Ivana, from a group of national minorities.
