At the 22^th Meeting of the Steering Committee of the Centre for Information and Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education, held on 23 April 2014, an election of the Chairman and two Vice Chairman of the Steering Committee was done.

The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the previously opinion from competent education authorities of entities and the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina obtained, carried out the procedure of the conclusion of the Agreement on Cooperation in the Area of Education between the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of Education of the Azerbaijan Republic.

As a part of the Tempus project Bosnia and Herzegovina Qualifications Framework for Higher Education – BHQFHE, in Padeborn on 30 and 31 Januar 2014, the Kick-off Meeting of the Project was held.

Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance registered the first institutions in the National Register of Accredited Higher Education Institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Kick-off meeting of the JoinEU - SEE>PENTA Project was held in Tirana, Albania between 7^th and 10^th October 2013. The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Centre for Information and Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education of Bosnia and Herzegovina, representatives of partner universities from European countries and the Western Balkans that are part of the Erasmus Mundus programme, and other Project associates.

On 30^th October 2013, Centre for Information and Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education organised a Round Table entitled “Recognition of Foreign Higher Education Qualifications in the Spirit of the Lisbon Convention” in Hotel Ero in Mostar. In addition to the Centre’s representatives, the Round Table was also attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Ministry of Education and Culture of Republic of Srpska, cantonal ministries of education, and public and private higher education institutions.

Centre for Information and Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education received a notice from the NARIC Centre Italy that applications are being received for the INTER-HED online course. The online application form is available on: www.interhed.eu.

As part of their study visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, representatives of the Swedish Council for Higher Education, which also comprises the Swedish NARIC Centre (Department for Qualifications Recognition), on 7^th October 2013 visited the Centre for Information and Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
