Within the TST project, representatives of the Centre for Information and Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education as a part of peer review team, together with the representative of the ENIC centre of the Netherlands visited the ENIC centre of the Republic of Moldova (MRC), to check the quality and transparency of its activities in a recognition field. The peer review team was supported by a Moldovan national expert from the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research.

The representatives of the Centre for Information and Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education participated at the 29th Annual Joint Meeting of the ENIC and NARIC Networks which takes place in Dublin, Republic of Ireland from 19 - 21 June 2022, when representatives of Networks members gathered to share and discuss the latest insights, practices, and developments in the field of recognition of foreign qualifications.

Within the PATRISH project (Development of Part-Time and Short Cycle Studies in Higher Education in Bosnia and Herzegovina), project partners from Bosnia and Herzegovina were in a study visit in Estonia from 6 to 9 June 2022. The host of the study visit was also a project partner from Estonia, the University of Tallinn. The Project was approved under Erasmus+, KA2 – Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices – Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education, selection year 2019.

The meeting of the Working Group (WG) on Recognition of Academic Qualifications Contact Points took place on 31st May and 1st June in Brussels. Representatives of all the economies of Western Balkans (WB), Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Serbia, North Macedonia, the Republic of Albania, and Kosovo (the name defined with the UN Resolution 1244 from 1999) were present, apart from Montenegro due to on-going changes to nominations in the WG, representative of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), director of Education Reform Initiative of South Eastern Europe (ERI SEE) and representatives of the Directorate-General for Education and Culture (DG EAC).

Thanks to the Erasmus+ TST project, the new round of ENIC_NARIC peer review site visits started in May 2022. The participating ENIC/NARIC centres can enhance quality assurance of their work by sharing knowledge and giving feedback on each other’s recognition policies and practices.

Within the OCTRA (Online Course Catalogues and Databases for Transparency and Recognition) project, the Project progress meeting was held on 21 April 2022 in Riga, Latvia. The meeting was held in a blended format with the representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, and Poland who were in person, while representatives of Croatia attended online. The project was aproved by the Erasmus+ program, the K3 activity “Support for Policy Reform”.
